Wonderful rooms, comfortable bed, marvellous location. The owner upon arrival was great! Adjacent to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Loved that there was Burger King with short-orders extremely close to the venue, super convenient. Enjoyed pool too.

Planned to see Rotorua major attractions and it was suitable place for visiting all of them. We liked our stay.

we enjoyed having a kitchen. there was a great dining option, just kebabs, only 300 metres from the hotel.

The staff was awesome and made us feel comfortable. Urbano Bistro, where you can eat, is walking distance to the hotel...
